Shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway

For orders to Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium we charge a flat rate of 3,90 € per order for shipping on orders with a value less than 39,00€. For orders with a value over 39,00€, we deliver free of shipping costs. For shipping to Germany DPD Classic and DHL are used. For shipping to Austria, Netherlands and Belgium we solely use DPD Classic.

For orders to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of 5,90 CHF per order for shipping on orders with a value less than 59 CHF. For orders with a value over 59 CHF, we deliver free of shipping costs. We also pay for any duties. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

For orders to Denmark we charge a flat rate of 32 KR per order for shipping on orders with a value less than 320 KR. For orders with a value over 320 KR, we deliver free of shipping costs. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

For orders to Norway we charge a flat rate of 218 KR per order for shipping on orders with a value less than 1400 KR. For orders with a value over 1400 KR, we deliver free of shipping costs. We also pay for any duties. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

Shipping within EU and UK

For orders to Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden we charge a flat rate of 9,90 € per order for shipping on orders with a value less than 99,00€. For orders with a value over 99,00€, we deliver free of shipping costs. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

For orders to Cyprus, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia and Lithuania we charge a flat rate of 9,90€ per order for shipping on orders with a value less than 99,00€. For orders with a value over 99,00€, we deliver free of shipping costs. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

For orders to the United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of £9,90 per order for shipping on orders with a value less than £99,00. For orders with a value over £99,00, we deliver free of shipping costs. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

Shipping to USA and Canada

For orders to above countries we charge a flat rate of 39,90 € per order. For shipping FedEx International Economy is used.

Customs and other fees on deliveries to non-EU countries

Deliveries to non-European countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees, for which the recipient/customer is solely responsible. We are happy to contribute to a smooth process.

• Norway, USA, Canada, Liechtenstein, Cyprus: 6-10 days delivery time

Returns

Our products may be returned within one month after delivery. Excluded from this are already opened food products such as teas as well as used accessories.
