Prepare your cup of tea carefully with water that is not boiling hot, as the low temperatures bring out the delicate aromas of green tea.

The processing of the tea

The green tea leaves are layered with fresh jasmine blossoms to achieve a unique floral aroma. This process, known as "scenting," is repeated several times. Finally, the tea leaves are carefully sifted to remove the blossoms.

The origin of the tea

In the province of Guizhou, specifically in the Zunyi region, tea grows at an altitude of 750 to 1000 meters. In the mild climate of the high-altitude, cloud-covered tea gardens, the tea plants benefit from ideal conditions. For this tea, two to three green tea leaves are carefully hand-plucked for every single jasmine blossom.
